The Rent Fitness Equipment Company helps businesses provide a Turn-Key on-site fitness center all across America.  And the home base is located in beautiful Coeur d’Alene Idaho.

.

Steve Paterson started this Company in 2004 and decided to move it and family to Coeur d’Alene to help his business grow and to give his wife and 3 kids a better environment to grow up in.

.

Steve created the “GYMS As A Service” Industry by offering a simple monthly service fee to Companies that needed a Health Club quality Fitness Center inside their Business.  Being the first business to offer a monthly fee that covered the cost of the commercial Gym equipment.  All the maintenance and all repairs.

.

Steve Paterson; “I am able to serve great Companies like PepsiCo, Dr. Pepper Snapple, Hyatt Hotels, APPLE, GRAINGER, Ramada Inn’s, Washington State University, Arizona State University and Holiday Inn.  From right here in our little town by the Lake.”

.

This town is ‘ON-FIRE’ with fast-growing small Companies focusing on Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Automation.  This is the Hometown of Nick Smoot & the Innovation Collective Group.

.

Steve Paterson says; “My favorite thing about Coeur d’Alene is that it’s a wonderful place to raise kids. My second favorite is the lower cost of living and doing business.  And my third favorite is how easy it is to get out of town quickly to visit my clients.  With a 40-minute traffic-free drive to Spokane Washington International airport.

.

Steve Paterson also has a startup business called  Enjoy Coeur d’Alene Inc.  He created this information website to help families and business owners like him learn all about what is GREAT in Coeur d’Alene Idaho.

.

This is a beautiful place to operate a Nationwide or International business.
