Coeur d’Alene Christian School has been offering private Christian education for 37 years in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. CCS is a private Christian institution with about 70 students from pre-K through 8th grade.

Coeur d’Alene Christian School is independently governed by our School Board made up of members of the Church of Christ. And is located on the property of the Church of Christ.

Financially supported by donations, fundraisers, and student tuition. All our teachers are college graduates. All staff members ar have a common goal of sharing the Word of God with our students.

CCS was started in 1980 by Mike and Shari Swaim. It was their dream to have an educational setting that followed the teachings of Christ. Where members of the Church could send their children and be confident the students would get a strong foundation of Church/Home/School.

CCS uses the words of Paul in Phil 4:13 as he says, “We can do all things through Christ who gives me strength!” We can pray often and specifically to God in the CCS setting. We can be proud of our country and show our patriotism through daily chapel flag pledges, prayers, and songs.

The CCS students have a complete educational curriculum including Music and Drama. In addition to this, Art has been added as a special class for our Jr. High students.
