Expedia Viewfinder Travel Blog did its research and after thousands of reviews, Coeur d’Alene was voted the Cleanest city in America. They say it as The cleanest city in the U.S.

The people that live in Coeur d’Alene Idaho love their little town on the Lake and they take pride in its appearance. People just don’t litter because they love where they live.

This is what Expedia said about our little town. This north Idaho town makes the #1 spot in our cleanest cities in the U.S. contest a 4.85 rating for cleanliness. The lakeside region features a protected, 88-acre area called Cougar Bay Preserve, that is home to more than 30 rare animal species.

Visitors stroll along the one-mile trail and look for the moose, beaver, and the many rare bird species that live among the many trees and meadows.

Coeur d’Alene is a town like no other. And it starts with the people that live here. We are proud of where we live. Our children appreciate this place and are friendly. Our citizens are not throwing trash on the ground because they care about our little town.
