Bonsai Bistro is my favorite Seafood and Sushi Restaurant in Coeur d Alene.

I had a great meal tonight with my daughter Jaclyn.   We had a daddy-daughter night at Bonsai.   Thursday night is all you can eat at the Sushi bar from 4 pm to 8 pm for $25 a person.   What a wonderful eating experience in a beautiful restaurant right across the street from the Coeur d’Alene Resort.

We started our all-you-can-eat feast with the Dynamite shrimp plate.

Next, we ordered the Sushi Nigiri plate with salmon, yellowtail, shrimp and ahi tuna.

After we finished the Sushi Nigiri plate we moved onto the “North Idaho Roll,” with salmon,

green onions, avocado, and cucumbers in a rice roll.

Then we followed up the North Idaho rolls with salt and pepper “Wannabe Jumbo Prawns”

with a hot mustard sauce.  Spicy and yummy.

We were getting full, but we were not about to stop now.

So my daughter and I took a selfie before we ordered our next plate.

After the selfie, I asked my daughter if she was full, and she said almost.  So we ordered the “Honey Mustard Chicken” plate.
