Downtown Coeur d’Alene is a popular tourist destination and a local playground.  The four corners are part of Downtown and are all part of the “Walking Tour” of our beautiful downtown on the lake. Walk to art galleries, restaurants, lake activities, breweries, bed & breakfast hotels and the World Famous Coeur d’Alene Resort.  Enjoy Coeur d’Alene!

.

The original carousel from Coeur d’Alene’s Playland Pier was built in 1922

by Spillman Jr carousel, and created in North Tonawanda New York.

.

The new carousel operated in Coeur d’Alene from 1942-1975 – Playland Pier was located where the Resort is today.
